Outdoor Lighting Perspectives Certified as a 2021 World-Class Franchise® By The Franchise Research Institute®

LINCOLN, NE (January 7, 2022) – Outdoor Lighting Perspectives has received World-Class Franchise® certification from the Franchise Research Institute®. They have extraordinarily received this distinction each year since 2010.

The recognition comes after an independent franchisee validation survey conducted by the Franchise Research Institute, in which 70% of all Outdoor Lighting Perspectives franchisees participated. The survey was designed to determine the quality of 10 key metrics crucial to franchisee success within the Outdoor Lighting Perspectives franchise system.

“In these rapidly changing times, it is more important than ever for franchise leaders to obtain current, honest feedback from franchisees through confidential, third-party surveys,” says Jeff Johnson, Founder and CEO of the Franchise Research Institute. “Outdoor Lighting Perspectives sought out this critical insight from their franchisees, and the resulting scores provide evidence that franchise owners are being supported as partners in brand success.”

The survey asked Outdoor Lighting Perspectives’ franchise owners to rate their franchisor through a series of questions in categories such as overall quality, growth potential, support and communication.

Among the responses received from Outdoor Lighting Perspectives’ franchisees:

  • 98% gave a positive grade to the overall helpfulness of the franchisor’s field representatives.
  • 100% gave a positive rating to the OLP franchise business compared to the local competition.
  • 98% gave a positive grade to the ability to communicate directly with senior management.
  • 100% gave a positive rating to the overall communication between Corporate Headquarter personnel and franchisees.
  • 98% gave a positive rating to the overall quality of the franchisor.
