LINCOLN, NE (December 2, 2020) – Archadeck Outdoor Living, Outdoor Lighting Perspectives, and Conserva Irrigation have all received World-Class Franchise® certification from the Franchise Research Institute®.
The recognition comes after an independent franchisee validation survey conducted by the Franchise Research Institute, in which 74% of all Archadeck franchisees, 70% of Outdoor Lighting Perspectives franchisees, and 95% of Conserva Irrigation franchisees participated. The survey was designed to determine the quality of 10 key metrics crucial to franchisee success within the Archadeck, Outdoor Lighting Perspectives, and Conserva Irrigation franchise systems.

The survey asked each brand’s franchise owners to rate their franchisor through a series of questions in categories such as overall quality, growth potential, support and communication.
Among the responses received from Archadeck franchisees:
- 100% gave a positive rating to the overall quality of their franchisor.
- 100% gave a positive rating to long-term commitment.
- 100% gave a positive grade to the helpfulness of the franchisor’s field representatives.
- 100% gave a positive rating to overall communication.
- 100% gave a positive rating to the quality of products and/or services received from their franchisor.
Among the responses received from Outdoor Lighting Perspective franchisees:
- 97% gave a positive grade to the helpfulness of the franchisor’s field representatives.
- 95% gave a positive rating to the quality of products and/or services received from their franchisor.
- 95% gave a positive rating to the opportunity provided by the franchisor.
- 95% gave appositive rating to the long-term growth potential of their franchise business.
- 98% gave a positive rating in comparison to the local competition.
Among the responses received from Conserva Irrigation franchisees:
- 100% gave a positive rating to the overall quality of the franchisor.
- 100% gave a positive rating to a positive, long-term commitment with their franchisor.
- 100% gave a positive grade to Conserva Irrigation field representatives.
- 100% gave a positive rating to the quality of goods and services received from their franchisor.
- 100% gave a positive rating to communication with senior management.
