LINCOLN, NE (2/1/22) – CMIT Solutions® has received World-Class Franchise® certification from the Franchise Research Institute®. This is the 16th consecutive year they have achieved this certification.
The recognition comes after an independent franchisee validation survey conducted by the Franchise Research Institute, in which 72% of all CMIT Solutions franchisees participated. The survey was designed to determine the quality of 10 key metrics crucial to franchisee success within the CMIT Solutions franchise system.

CMIT Solutions was not afraid to ask their franchise owners tough questions, and their high marks provide scientific proof that they are consistently meeting franchisees’ needs.”
The survey asked CMIT Solutions’ franchise owners to rate their franchisor through a series of questions in categories such as overall quality, growth potential, support and communication.
Among the responses received from CMIT Solutions’ franchisees:
- 96% gave a positive rating to the long-term growth potential for their franchise business.
- 94% gave a positive rating to the quality of products and/or services provided from their franchisor.
- 92% gave a positive rating to the overall quality of their franchisor.
- 91% gave a positive grade for the quality of the marketing collateral provided by the franchisor.
- 97% gave a positive score when asked to grade the collaboration between fellow franchisees.
